hello friends,

ever since i can remember i have been surrounded by music in some form.  i grew up listening to george jones and conway twitty.  my father loved music almost as much as i do and when i was half a decade old we would go to a place called charlies steakhouse where my fathers distant cousin and best friend charlie fritts would play music with a band called the manuwells.  those were some of the happiest moments of my life and left an impression on me that follows me everywhere i go. 

later on i fell in love with rock music thanks to the sounds of tom petty and have followed that path ever since.  sometime in 2000 i began to seriously write songs.  now i have the means to bring that music to you.  i decided a long time ago that i wasnt into music for the money.  i never have had any dreams of being a huge success with major label.  i believe this to be my art and that being the case i want my art, my love, to be left untaintedby commercial influences.  i bring this music to you freely.  i have put a great deal of effort into being able to make these songs.  i only ask that that you listen. 

in 1996 tom petty released playback, a 6 disc box set that contained released hits and a bunch of unreleased stuff.  the set came with a biography of him and the heartbreakers.  in it he refered to finding music that hed never heard but was really good.  he said if the music is good he will find it.  and i want for people to discover me.  thats how i want this music to prosper.  i want people to check out this page and find music they didnt know existed but they like.  so in that effort i decided that i would invite my friends and let the rest find me.  i thank you all from the bottom of my heart for listening and giving my music a chance.
